Before you travel

  1. Buy before travelling

    Check the ticket provider, passenger category and conditions. Keep the ticket ready to show.

    Check the departure board shortly before boarding. The destination shown may be the train’s final stop, not your stop.

  3. Plan the arrival too

    Check the station and onward transport before setting off. If you need assistance, arrange it with the operator in advance.
