How Junat.net uses travel data.
Junat.net combines public railway, airport, weather and aircraft-position data. Partner search and ticket integrations are identified separately.
Digitraffic railway data
Live train timetables, station metadata, running information, and delay context are based on public Digitraffic railway APIs operated by Fintraffic.
Finavia airport information
Finavia provides departures, arrivals, destinations, airlines and flight status, plus official airport information and Helsinki security-queue forecasts used with permission.
ADSB.lol aircraft positions
Live flight maps use recent public ADS-B positions from ADSB.lol when Junat can match the aircraft to the exact flight occurrence.
OpenSky Network aircraft positions
OpenSky Network supplies best-effort public ADS-B position data when a recent aircraft signal can be matched to the requested flight.
Open-Meteo weather data
Current airport conditions and time-specific destination forecasts use Open-Meteo data when a supported forecast is available.
KAYAK flight search
KAYAK flight results will appear when production access is approved. Booking continues on the provider’s website, and Junat may earn a commission.
VR ticket services
Train ticket pricing and checkout features are being prepared for VR-linked services while timetable browsing remains separate from ticket purchase flows.
