Find the right train, understand a changed time and check the track before boarding.

| Destination | Usually the end of the service. Your stop may be on the way. |
| Train | The line letter or train type and number. Match it to your journey. |

At the station
Start with departures
Use departures when boarding. Switch to arrivals when meeting someone.
Check the date and direction
Make sure you have the right station and day, especially around midnight.
Read changes in words too
A cancellation or track change matters more than the colour of a row. Open the train for its stop details.
